Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete Releases on December 2

Nintendo has announced Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete is launching on iOS and Android on December 2. Preorders are available now via the App Store and Google Play.
Earlier this year, Nintendo revealed that the free-to-play title Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp will be shutting down its services. On November 29th, the game will be taken offline and removed from the App Store and Play Store. In its place, Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete will become available with a premium price.
From now until January 30, 2025 at 10 PM PT, players can purchase Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete for $12.99 CAD. However, after that date, the price changes to $24.99 CAD. The new title won’t feature any additional in-game purchases.
“The Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp game was released in 2017,” the video’s description reads. “This one-time purchase app is packed with items and events that were released over the course of seven years. It keeps the general game play of Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp without additional in-game purchases.”
Much like any core title in the franchise, in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete, you’ll tend to build out and manage a campsite home to a cast of characters. Meet and build friendships with each one as you tailor your campsite to your heart’s desire. You can also fish, catch bugs, and more.
Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete features over 10,000 items to decorate your campsite with. The game features all seasonal events throughout the year, including Halloween, Toy Day, Bunny Day, and the Summer Festival.
The new title adds a small collection of gameplay features. This includes a Camper Card, which allows players to customize a card that can be used to introduce themselves to others. You can change the pose and colours and scan the Camper Cards of other players. The game also features a new location called Whistle Pass. Invite friends to hang out at this communal location where live guitar performances are played every night. Finally, you can earn Complete Tickets for completing events and exchange them for limited edition items.
For those who have already played Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp, Nintendo will support game data transfer so nothing is lost. Save data can be transferred until June 2, 2025, according to the company.
