Toronto-based fintech KOHO has launched new travel benefits for its prepaid Mastercard, making it a convenient option for Canadians travelling abroad. The digital bank account supports Google, Apple, and Samsung Pay.
The card now comes with no foreign transaction fees, free international eSIM data, and travel insurance to help users handle common issues like flight delays, lost luggage, or medical emergencies, depending on your KOHO paid plan.
The eSIM feature, provided by Airalo, allows travellers to stay connected in over 200 countries with up to 3GB of free data per month, depending on the plan. KOHO also offers one free international ATM withdrawal per month, which can help users save on fees while accessing cash.
