The PlayStation Blog has opened the polling for its Game of the Year Awards 2024. From now until Friday, December 13th, you can go online and place your votes across 19 different categories.
Across the various categories, fans can place their votes amongst numerous options in each category. In an interesting twist, PlayStation Blog also allows fans to write in and cast their own option for each category. Once polling is closed and all votes are tallied, selected games will earn Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum PS Blog trophies.
There are a few guidelines for the categories and nominations this year. PlayStation Blog notes that the ‘Best PS5 Games’ category is “defined as games that have been newly released this calendar year, rather than previously released titles with new updates.” Additionally, cutoff for this year’s nominations is November 30th. Any title released after this date is not eligible.
