Mythic Quest Season 4 Premiere Now Streaming on Apple TV+

Mythic Quest, the Apple TV+ comedy series, has returned for its fourth season. Debuting on the streaming service, the series returns after nearly a two-year hiatus.

The first two episodes of Mythic Quest’s fourth season can be viewed on Apple TV+. The series welcomes returning stars Rob McElhenney and Charlotte Nicdao back into the fold in this series revolving around video game development. In season 4, Ian Grimm (McElhenney) and Poppy Li (Nicdao) reunite with the Mythic Quest team to confont new challenges in the sutdio.

Mythic Quest has an ensemble cast including Ashly Burch, Jessie Ennis, Imani Hakim, David Hornsby, and Danny Pudi. The series was created by McElhenney alongside It’s Always Sunny in Philidelphia costar Charlie Day. Megan Ganz is also a core creator. The series is produced by the trio alongside Hornsby and David Gordon Green.

Mythic Quest first premiered on Apple TV+ in early 2020. It was one of the first critically acclaimed series on the streaming service. Celebrating the premiere of Season 4, Mythic Quest has now become Apple’s longest-running comedy series. Alongside three core seasons, Mythic Quest also dropped two “Specials” during the span of the COVID-19 pandemic. The first one, aptly titled “Quarantine”, showed the cast of game developers struggling with work-from-home conditions. The episode was universally praised for its production during the early pandemic, incorporating the use of over 40 iPhones. A second special launched in 2021 and was centered on the cast returning to the office.

The fourth season of Mythic Quest will run over the course of nine weeks. With two episodes now avaialble to stream, one new reamining episode will debut each week on Wednesday. The season concludes on March 26, 2025. Currently, there’s no word on whether Mythic Quest will return for a fifth season. However, Apple TV+ is soon to premiere the spinoff series known as Side Quest. As a nod to video games, Side Quest expands on the series’ beloved anthology format. Each episode highlights the impacts of games and the creation of games. Side Quest premieres on March 26th with all four of its episodes dropping that day.
