Rogers and Fido Unlock Exclusive Deals–Inside Your iPhone App

Rogers and Fido recently updated their iPhone apps to bring a new section titled, “My Offers”, which debuted this week.
According to Rogers and its subsidiary, this new offers section lets you “explore all your personalized offers in one place with the new My Offers tab.”
Customers will be able to view “exclusive deals made just for you,” and also find “exciting offers”, easily.
With the new My Offers section, the Messages section had to be moved to the More tab.
Other updates to the latest Rogers and Fido app for iPhone? Bug fixes and improvements. Rogers and Fido say there’s a new experience when you want to change your plan.
“Update your app today and check out what’s waiting for you in My Offers!”, says Rogers.
Typically, carriers like Rogers, Fido and more offer exclusive plans for existing customers, but you need to navigate to your account online to find them. This new “My Offers” tab looks to change that and make it simpler to located a personalized deal (with its purpose to have you remain a loyal customer).

As expected, no offers.
Same. Leave it up to Rogers to push this with some PR. Only for the feature to show zero offers for anyone when they release it.
Unfortunately Rogers has turned oit to be quite the mess for consumers. Broken promises, constant mistakes on bills, over charging for services and sneaky price increases on promotional plans shortly after offering them. Stay as far away from Rogers as you can unless you have no choice.
Telus is even worse if you can believe it!
Been with Robbers for a year and a bit now, I have the EXACT same offer since day one: more data (which they know I won't use) for more money. Very smart. NOT.
It is not like "di-virgin-t" is any better, also been about a year – all the main players suck.
Waiting to see if and when Cogeco can start offering up some mobile plans, maybe maybe maybe they could suck less?
My guess is that Cogeco is making a play to increase the valuation of the company. I could be wrong but I don't see them staying independent. Robbers is targeting them for a while and money talks.
I know "Robbers" did try a couple years back but the Cogeco group sound like they want to stay a stand-alone entity – not that I know anything from different articles I've read.
A quick DDG search brought up an article from "CityNewsRadio"680Toroto stating:

Cogeco Inc. says it is set to launch wireless services in
Canada in the coming quarters after rolling out cellphone coverage to
U.S. customers last year.
The Montreal-based telecommunications company says “all the building
blocks” are now in place to offer wireless coverage across its broadband
footprint in Ontario and Quebec.
Cogeco began offering wireless coverage under its Breezeline Mobile
brand last year to customers in 13 U.S. states where it already offered
broadband internet services.

So I guess we will see.
It said at the time it also planned to expand those services to
Canada as part of a bundle with wireline products in the hopes of
increasing customer retention.
