iOS 18.4 Download Coming in April to Expand Apple Intelligence

Apple is expanding Apple Intelligence to include more languages with the upcoming release of iOS 18.4, iPadOS 18.4, and macOS Sequoia 15.4 in April, said the company in a press release on Friday.
Today, Apple released developer betas of iOS 18.4 and more to test. This expansion comes about 6 months after Apple Intelligence was first announced in September. Canadians got access to Apple Intelligence in December with localized English support.
The new languages will include French, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and Simplified Chinese, along with localized English for Singapore and India. These will be available in most regions worldwide.
Also, Apple Intelligence features will launch in the EU for iPhone and iPad users, marking their first availability in the region.

i really hope this fixes the lag i have on the 16 pro max. i have no idea why mine is lagging so hard.
Just in case you haven't already tried it but power down the phone for thirty seconds.
It is amazing how much cr*p is running in the background.
I can confirm that Apple Intelligence is NOT supported in french with this beta update
Works fine for me. It took a few minutes for the download to complete and Apple Intelligence works for me (phone and Siri set to fr/ca).
