Public Mobile Extends 20GB Canada-US-Mexico Promo Plan

Telus-owned Public Mobile recently launched a 20GB Canada-US-Mexico 5G promo plan, priced at $29 per month. This plan was set to expire on March 17, but it has since been extended by one more week, now ending on March 24.

The $29/20GB plan includes talk, text and data in Canada, US and Mexico, while it also includes 100 international minutes and qualifies for a chance to win a trip to Mexico.

5G Plans (Canada-US-Mexico)

• $29/20GB + 100 international minutes (ends March 24)
• $35/60GB + 500 international minutes
• $45/80GB + 1000 international minutes
• $55/100GB + 1000 international minutes

4G Plans (all Canada-wide):

• $19/500MB
• $20/1GB
• $24/4GB
• $27/6GB

Looking at Freedom Mobile’s Canada-US-Mexico plans, the only ones that come close are the $25/3GB and $34/10GB (with 1GB Roam Beyond) plans, if we’re looking at pricepoints. It’s clear extending this promo by Public Mobile seems to make sense during March break and travel plans by new customers.
