Samsung has officially announced the global rollout of its latest user interface, One UI 7, with a refreshed design scheduled to commence on April 7, 2025.

One UI 7 brings a suite of AI-driven tools designed to make everyday tasks more intuitive and efficient. The AI Select feature allows users to convert videos into GIFs with a simple swipe, while Writing Assist helps summarize and format text effortlessly, boosting productivity.

Additionally, Drawing Assist enables users to create visual content using text prompts, sketches, or images, catering to both casual users and professionals. Samsung has also introduced Audio Eraser, which removes unwanted background noise from videos, ensuring clearer audio quality.

Samsung’s One UI 7 also features a refreshed design aimed at making navigation smoother and more visually appealing. The home screen and widgets have been redesigned to offer better personalization, allowing users to tailor their devices to their preferences.

A key addition is the Now Bar, which displays real-time updates on the lock screen, such as fitness tracking and music playback, reducing the need to unlock the device for essential information.

The update also improves accessibility within the settings menu. Users can now make adjustments using natural language searches, simplifying device customization. Camera controls have been reorganized, making it easier to access essential features and refine photography settings.

The One UI 7 update will first be available on Samsung’s flagship devices, including:

  • Galaxy S24 series
  • Galaxy Z Fold6
  • Galaxy Z Flip6
  • Galaxy S23 series (including FE models)
  • Galaxy Z Fold5
  • Galaxy Z Flip5
  • Galaxy Tab S10
  • Galaxy Tab S9

The rollout will continue over the coming months, eventually reaching additional Galaxy models.

Look ma: an iPhone made by Scamsung 🤣
Jokes aside, the beta has been going on for so long that I suppose no Scamsung owner is excited anymore….myself included.
