After we told you about Walmart slashing Apple’s latest AirPods Max with USB-C, now we’re seeing the same discount hit another retailer.
It seems Apple is eager to allow authorized resellers to sell more AirPods Max headsets are a price that’s somewhat reasonable–but still pretty expensive.
Costco.ca has all colours of the AirPods Max down to $598.99, saving you $180.01 off Apple’s retails price of $779 (that’s 23% off). You can have these AirPods Max shipped to your home or shipped to a local warehouse. We’ve seen this $599 price before for the first-gen AirPods Max in the past.
AirPods Max are amazing when paired with your Apple TV 4K as Spatial Audio with head tracking is awesome. The latest update only updated to a USB-C port and new colours. Nothing else changed, sadly. An upcoming software update will bring 24-bit, 48 kHz lossless audio and ultra-low latency over a wired USB-C connection.
Amazon.ca does not have AirPods Max in stock right now, so let’s wait to see if that will change soon.
