Bell and Zoom have announced a new partnership to launch Workplace from Bell and Zoom, an AI-powered collaboration platform built just for Canadian businesses.
The new service combines Zoom’s communication tools with Bell’s network infrastructure and support, and will be available exclusively through Bell later this year.
The platform geared towards organizations across all sizes and technical abilities—from small teams seeking easy-to-use tools, to larger enterprises requiring advanced features like external calling and support for hybrid work. The key features include video conferencing, messaging, file sharing, integrated calling, and enterprise-grade security—all supported by Zoom’s AI Companion, which is built directly into the platform to improve productivity and automate everyday tasks.

Workplace from Bell and Zoom will be powered by the Bell network of course, and is expected to launch across Canada later this year.
