LEGO x Nike Dunk Set Drops July 1 in Canada and It’s Fire

Nike and the LEGO Group are launching a multi-year global partnership aimed at inspiring kids through active and creative play.
Starting July 1 (Canada Day), fans can get their hands on the first LEGO x Nike set: a 1,180-piece LEGO Nike Dunk set, designed for builders aged 10 and up. The set includes features like hidden compartments, rotating basketball toy, extra colour laces, and a basketball-themed minifigure named B’Ball Head.
The new Dunk set looks pretty darn cool and sneaker heads are going to be all over this.
“Play has the incredible ability to inspire and spark creativity in every child, and at the LEGO Group, we truly believe in that power. We’re excited to kick off the first chapter of our partnership with Nike, blending the joy of basketball with the magic of imagination,” said Federico Begher, SVP, Product Group, New Businesses at the LEGO Group, in a statement to iPhone in Canada.
Nike will follow up with product releases on August 1 (Nike Air Max Dn x LEGO Collection) and September 1 (Nike Dunk Low x LEGO Collection), including sneakers, apparel, and accessories inspired by LEGO’s design style.
The collaboration includes events planned in California, London, and China as well.
Pre-orders are available now for the LEGO Nike Dunk set at $129.99 in Canada.
