Public Mobile Sets End Date for 4G and 5G Promo Plans

Good morning and Happy Canada Day, y’all! Telus-owned Public Mobile updated its website on Monday morning to add expiry dates for select 4G and 5G plans. Currently, some promo plans already have “limited time” labels, but now some have gained a specific end date of July 2, 2025.

Here are Public Mobile’s 4G plans:

• $19/1GB
• $22/3GB (ends July 2)
• $25/5GB (ends July 2)
• $29/20GB (ends July 2)

Every single plan except for the $19/1GB plan will end on July 2.

As for the 5G plans…

• $32/20GB (Canada-wide) – Ends July 2
• $34/10GB + 250 International Minutes  
• $34/60GB + (Canada-wide) + 500 International Minutes – LIMITED TIME
• $36/60GB + 1000 International Minutes (was $35; up $1) – LIMITED TIME
• $46/80GB + 2000 International Minutes (was $45; up $1) – LIMITED TIME
• $56/100GB + 2000 International Minutes (was $55; up $1) – Ends July 2

The $32/20GB and $56/100GB plans are set to end on July 2. But the others with “limited time” labels are still kicking around.

At this point, sticking it out until the fall when Black Friday promos roll around is likely your best bet for the most valuable plans of the year.
