iPhone 16 and 16 Pro Get Up to $300 Off Before iPhone 17 Launch
If you’re on the hunt for an iPhone 16 Pro, check out this latest deal from Walmart online.
Apple’s iPhone 16 Pro in 128GB, in colours black/white titanium, are on sale for $1,149 right now, shipped and sold by Walmart.ca (natural is sold out). This offers $300 in savings and is cheaper than refurbished and certified pre-owned devices from carriers.
The iPhone 16 Pro, released September 20, 2024, features a 6.3″ Super Retina XDR OLED display with 120 Hz ProMotion, titanium body, and an A18 Pro chip powering smooth performance and advanced AI tools. It sports a pro-level triple camera system — 48 MP main “Fusion” sensor, 48 MP ultrawide, and 12 MP telephoto with 5× optical zoom — alongside improved battery life (~27 hrs video playback) and USB‑C support.
Also on sale is the iPhone 16 128GB at $929, saving you $200 off, with colours ultramarine and black available. Again, shipped and sold by Walmart.ca, which means it’s not a third-party seller.
The iPhone 16 debuted last year and features a 6.1″ Super Retina XDR OLED display at 60 Hz and is powered by Apple’s A18 chip with a 6-core CPU, 5-core GPU, 16-core Neural Engine, and 8 GB RAM—boosting CPU performance by up to 30% over the iPhone 15 . There’s a dual‑camera system—a 48 MP Fusion wide lens and 12 MP ultrawide—with new Action and Camera Control buttons, offers strong battery life (~22 hrs video), supports USB‑C, MagSafe, Wi‑Fi 7, and supports Apple Intelligence features.
The iPhone 16 Plus 128GB in black is avaialble for $1,020, which saves you $259 off.
These price drops come ahead of Apple’s expected iPhone 17 series launch this fall. Get them while you can if you’re looking for a new iPhone. It’s too bad the sizes are only 128GB. But otherwise, a solid deal and it seems the best time to buy an iPhone is before the next one comes out (or shortly afterwards).
