PlayStation Restocks 30th Anniversary PS5 Digital Edition Console and Accessories in Canada

PlayStation Canada has announced that it will be restocking the 30th Anniversary PS5 Digital Edition Console Bundle and a number of accessories. This is a great chance to nab a limited edition console, DualSense controller, or PlayStation Portal, all designed to celebrate PlayStation’s legacy.
On X (formerly Twitter), PlayStation Canada states the 30th Anniversary PS5 Digital Edition Console Bundle, 30th Anniversary DualSense Wireless Controller, and 30th Anniversary PlayStation Portal will all have a restock in the country. Preorders for all devices will be available on July 23, 2025, at 10 AM EDT/ 7 AM PT. PlayStation Canada confirms with iPhone in Canada that “select retailers” will be offering the restock and that availability will be “limited”. All devices will then be shipped starting on September 9th.
Pricing of the available devices is as follows:
- 30th Anniversary PS5 Digital Edition Console Bundle ($649.99)
- 30th Anniversary DualSense Wireless Controller ($99.99)
- 30th Anniversary PlayStation Portal ($299.99)
In late 2024, PlayStation launched the 30th Anniversary collection of devices and accessories. This collection included the aforementioned 30th Anniversary PS5 Digital Edition Console Bundle as well as the accessories. In addition, PlayStation launched a 30th Anniversary PS5 Pro Console Bundle as well. Unfortunately, it appears as though the Pro model won’t be receiving a restock. This is likely due to the fact that upon the initial launch, PlayStation had manufactured 12,300 units, each one engraved with the respective number.
The PlayStation 30th Anniversary collection is inspired by the company’s legacy. Drawing from the design philosophy of the original PlayStation console, these devices feature a nostalgic grey colour way. The face buttons on the DualSense controller bring back the original colours of the PlayStation’s symbols. Even the packaging of the devices is all inspired by the original PlayStation from the 90s.
