Prime Monday Night Hockey 2025–26: Full NHL Schedule Revealed

Hockey fans in Canada can gear up for another season of Prime Monday Night Hockey, which returns this fall with weekly doubleheaders and matchups featuring Canadian teams. All games will stream live on Prime Video for Canadian subscribers—no extra charge (of course you must be a Prime subscriber).
The 2025-26 NHL season kicks off with a doubleheader on Thanksgiving Monday (October 13) with a 4 p.m. ET game as the Toronto Maple Leafs host the Detroit Red Wings. That’ll be followed by a 7:30 p.m. ET matchup between the Vancouver Canucks and the St. Louis Blues.
Throughout the season, several all-Canadian matchups are lined up for Monday nights:
- Ottawa vs. Winnipeg on December 15
- Vancouver vs. Montreal on January 12
- Calgary vs. Edmonton (Battle of Alberta) on March 30
- Toronto vs. Tampa Bay on December 8
Last season, five of the seven Canadian NHL teams made the playoffs, and the Winnipeg Jets finished first overall in the regular season, taking home the Presidents’ Trophy for the first time.
In addition to live games, Prime Video is also bringing back FACEOFF: Inside the NHL (Season 2), a behind-the-scenes docuseries following players like Sidney Crosby, Marc-Andre Fleury, and the Tkachuk brothers throughout last season. The second season will also feature coverage of Alex Ovechkin’s pursuit of the all-time goal record and the 4 Nations Face-Off tournament.
Also returning is NHL: Coast To Coast, a studio show airing Thursday nights with live game look-ins and highlights from around the league.
