Anker has introduced the second generation of its SOLIX C1000 portable power station in Canada, offering a big discount for early buyers. The unit normally retails for $1,199 CAD, but those who sign up by September 8 can get it for $629—a savings of $570. That’s cheaper than existing SOLIX power stations available on Amazon.ca at the moment.

The SOLIX C1000 Gen2 packs a 1,024Wh battery and 2,000W output, enough to handle everything from laptops and phones to fridges, microwaves, and even air conditioners. It can hit a peak output of 3,000W for sudden power spikes.

One of its main upgrades is HyperFlash charging, which can fully recharge the unit from empty to 100% in just 49 minutes when plugged into the wall. It also supports up to 600W solar input, making it a practical option for both home backup and off-grid use.

Anker says the new model uses long-lasting LFP (LiFePO4) batteries, designed to retain 80% of capacity after 4,000 charging cycles. That translates to more than a decade of use, even with daily charging.

Despite its power, the device is relatively portable at 24.9 pounds (11.3 kg) and 15.1 x 8.2 x 9.6 inches in size. It includes five AC outlets, multiple USB-C and USB-A ports, and a car socket, with the ability to run or charge up to 10 devices at once.

The power station also functions as an uninterruptible power supply (UPS), switching over in just 10 milliseconds during outages to keep critical gear like CPAP machines, Wi-Fi routers, or computers running. If you live in an area prone to outages or you want to stay connected while camping, the SOLIX C1000 Gen 2 looks to be the newest and latest from Anker.

The SOLIX C1000 Gen2 is available now in Canada, with the intro price ending September 8.
