God of War 20th Anniversary DualSense is up for Preorder Oct 3

During its latest State of Play presentation, PlayStation announced a new DualSense controller inspired by God of War. The new controller will be available on October 23, with preorders starting next week on October 3.
The controller is launching as part of the 20th anniversary celebration for one of PlayStation’s most iconic and long-running franchises.
“In honour of God of War’s 20th anniversary this year, we were thrilled by the opportunity to celebrate this milestone with a new DualSense controller design.” Associate Art Director Dela Longfish from Santa Monica Studio wrote in a PlayStation Blog post.
God of War‘s Kratos inspires the controller with the character’s iconic ashen grey colour and bright crimson omega tattoo across the right side. The blog post continues to state that the design pays homage to the character and his “countless roles and endless challenges across Ancient Greece and the Nine Realms.”
“Our team made sure to represent both of these key tones in the colour selection for the controller to make every aspect an authentic homage to the design that has defined Kratos for over two decades,” Longfish states.
Preorders will start on October 3 in Canada, the US, and other global markets.
