Public Mobile Customers Get New Telus PureFibre Internet Offer

Public Mobile customers are getting another text message (sent today) and email pitch (yesterday) from parent company Telus for discounted home internet, according to marketing messages obtained by iPhone in Canada.

The latest offer promotes Telus PureFibre Gigabit Internet for $78 per month (regularly $155) on a two-year term. Customers are told to use promo code UNIQUE2YOU and can sign up online or by calling 1-855-778-6054. Telus says the plan includes unlimited data and ‘Canada’s fastest internet technology.’

This isn’t the first time Telus has targeted Public Mobile users with a PureFibre promo. Back in May 2025, a similar text offered PureFibre 250 for $75/month (regular $135) with a three-year price guarantee and no hidden fees using the code SIMPLESAVINGS.

At the time, the Telus website showed that deal was open to all customers, not just those with Public Mobile, raising questions about whether the “exclusive” offer was truly unique. The same goes for this offer as it’s openly available on the Telus website under Deals and Bundles.

Telus says when you use the promo code above, that includes $10/month in mobility bundle savings and pre-authorized bank payments discount. You also get the $70 activation charge waived and $50 off your first bill.

Went to a store, they said they could do it for 73 instead. Signed Friday afternoon. They screwed up the order and I spent Saturday morning on the phone with them and when we finished it was 73 plus 5 off for autopay.
