Apple Lights Up Your Tree on Battersea, Highlighting iPad-Made Chirstmas Tree Designs

Apple has unveiled the winning designs for its ‘Your Tree on Battersea’ Christmas Tree competition in the UK. From now until December 24th, winning submissions are displayed on the Battersea Power Station.
Last month, Apple launched its campaign, encouraging anyone in the UK to design a digital Christmas tree that can be displayed on London’s Battersea Power Station. Now, the winning 24 submissions have been chosen and will be displayed daily. Additionally, tree designs made from notable artists and entertainers such as Kylie Minogue, Sir Stephen Fry, Maro Itoje, Oliver Jeffers, David Shrigley OBE, and Chawawa, will also be displayed.

In previous years, Apple has teamed up with figures such as Aardman, the creator of Wallace & Gromit, to create a short animation using an iPhone 16 Pro Max. This was displayed on the power station’s iconic 101-metre-high chimneys. In 2023, Apple teamed up with artist David Hockney to create Bigger Christmas Trees on iPad Pro.
Battersea Power Station has become Apple’s home in the UK. Setting up shop in the historic power station, Apple now supports more than 555,000 jobs in the UK. The Battersea Power Station is a 500,000-square-foot facility that runs on 100 percent renewable energy. Apple Battersea, the retail space that opened in 2023,
