2025 MLS Cup Final to Stream Free Worldwide on Apple TV
This Saturday, fans around the globe will get to watch the 2025 MLS Cup 2025 final game between Inter Miami CF and Vancouver Whitecaps FC for free via Apple TV.
The match will kick off at 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time on December 6, and be available across more than 100 countries and regions, without a paywall.
For both Inter Miami CF and Vancouver Whitecaps FC, this final represents their first appearance in an MLS Cup. That guarantees a first-time champion in 2025 as one club lifts the trophy for the very first time.
In a signal of how far the league’s media operations have evolved, this year’s broadcast will offer an unprecedented viewing experience. The coverage will use more than 30 cameras including drone footage, dedicated cameras on coaches and players, referee cams, robotic goal cams, and even live feeds from four iPhone 17 Pro Max devices positioned around the stadium.
Viewers can stream the final using the Apple TV app, which supports virtually every type of device i.e. iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV set-top boxes, smart TVs, gaming consoles, Android devices, and web browsers. The stream is accessible globally, and does not require a subscription for this match.
In addition to Apple TV, traditional broadcasters will carry the match in some regions. U.S. audiences can tune in via FOX or Fox Deportes. Canadian viewers will have access through TSN and RDS, while Mexico will see coverage on TNT or relevant regional outlets.
This move builds on the broader shift in streaming strategy for the league. With the conclusion of the 2025 season, the standalone MLS Season Pass will be retired. Starting in 2026, all MLS matches, regular season, playoffs, Leagues Cup, All Star games and more, will be included as part of a standard Apple TV subscription at no extra cost.
The free streaming of the 2025 MLS Cup final on Apple TV will likely draw a global audience eager to see who becomes champion. With full-flavored commentary, immersive camera work, and broad reach, this final may set a new standard for how soccer finals are experienced in the digital age.
