Rogers and Bell Boxing Day Deal: $35 for 100GB Canada-US + $100 Gift Card
The $35 per month Canada-US Boxing Day plan from Rogers and Bell and Telus is turning out to be an even stronger deal when activated through Costco, thanks to additional credits and a $100 Costco gift card.
The plan includes 100GB of 5G data at speeds up to 250Mbps, along with Canada-US calling and roaming. Several customers report that after stacking multiple discounts and credits, the final monthly price comes out to about $35.95, including provincial 911 fees in Alberta. Similar pricing has been confirmed in British Columbia and Ontario.
According to posts shared on RedFlagDeals this morning, the base plan starts at $55.95. From there, customers receive a $5 automatic payments discount with no end date, a $10 new activation discount with no end date, and an additional $5 promotional credit that lasts for 24 months.
While there is still the dreaded $80 activation fee, that charge is credited back on the first or second bill, effectively cancelling it out. On top of that, Costco is providing a $100 Costco gift card for eligible activations. That’s where the real bonus comes in.
Initially, some Costco locations were told the offer was limited to small business customers. However, staff later confirmed they received updated instructions allowing the deal to be offered to all Costco members. Multiple customers have since reported successfully activating the plan and receiving the $100 gift card, even when it was not advertised in-store.
One customer said they activated the plan at Costco Willingdon in British Columbia on December 27, noting that the gift card was honoured after asking an in-store agent. Another customer confirmed receiving the same $100 gift card at Costco Billy Bishop near Yorkdale Mall, adding that the process took about 10 to 15 minutes with no lineup.
The plan itself is listed as a non-shared BYOD option, officially named “5G Mobile 100GB NS BYOD.” It includes unlimited Canada-US calling, unlimited Canada-US and international texting, access to data while roaming in Canada and the United States, voicemail, call display, conference calling, call waiting, and 2,500 minutes of local call forwarding per month. Data is unlimited, with speeds reduced after the 100GB threshold is reached.
Some customers reported that the Costco gift card was delivered by email from co************@*********************co.ca, though a few noted issues accessing the email and may need to follow up in store if the digital card does not load properly.
While Costco staff were not able to confirm an exact end date, customers were told the promotion is expected to run until January. With the added gift card and waived activation fee, the Costco version of the Rogers and Bell $35 Canada-US plan currently stands out as one of the better Boxing Day wireless deals available from a ‘Big 3’ wireless carrier.
If you already ported out to the Best Buy offer that’s the same at $35/100GB Canada-US, it might not be worth the hassle to swap to this offer from Costco.

Hi, is this available in Québec?
Just to clarify: the data can only be used in Canada. Only Talk + Text is for Canada and US (to and from).
With respect to the data, are you sure it's Canada-only?
