We’re about to embark on some possible Lunar New Year cellphone promos, so let’s take a look at pricing from Rogers, Telus, Bell and Freedom Mobile as it stands so far, at the beginning of February 2026.

Freedom Mobile (All Canada-US-Mexico)
As you can see, Rogers and Bell have idential plans, while Telus still needs to lower pricing on its mid and high-end tier plans to match its rivals. Freedom Mobile’s plans all include Canada-US-Mexico talk, text and data, and its prices are far cheaper than incumbents.
Let’s wait and see what Lunar New Year promos will bring. We know they’re coming, but likely will show up more on prepaid and flanker brands. Stay tuned.
