Everything Shown at Nintendo Indie World Presentation

Nintendo has held its latest Indie World showcase. Lasting around 15 minutes, the company had a rapid-fire cadence of showing off some of the upcoming indie games arriving on Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch.

Throughout the Indie World, we saw many indies, including Denshattack, Blighted, Blue Prince and many more. Here’s a quick breakdown of everything shown during the Nintendo Indie World, held on March 3, 2026.

Denshattack (June 17)

The hit indie train title pulls into Switch 2 on June 17, 2026. This version includes an exclusive Nintendo-themed skin, and a demo is available on Switch 2 starting today.

My Little Puppy (May 29)

I know I’ll have to grab some tissues for this one. Inspired by a real-life dog, My Little Puppy tells the story of a pup who passes away and journeys through the afterlife to reunite with his owner. It launches on Switch on May 29th.

Heave Ho 2 (Q3 2026)

The original Heave Ho tested friendships with chaotic co-op platforming, and now it’s back. The sequel brings eight new worlds and includes online play for the first time in the series. The sequel launches on Switch this summer.

Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault (2026)

The beloved shopkeeping dungeon-crawler returns with more weapons, more combos, and expanded systems. Moonlighter 2 is heading to Switch 2 later this year.

Woodo (Q3 2026)

A diorama-style puzzle game set in a world seemingly carved entirely from wood. Expect charming characters, handcrafted environments, and more wood puns than you can shake a stick at. Launching on Switch this summer.

Minishoot Adventures (Available Now)

Channelling the classic 8-bit shoot ’em up energy, Minishoot Adventures blends retro action with modern design. It’s available on both Switch and Switch 2 starting today.

The Midnight Walk (March 26)

This atmospheric adventure arrives on Nintendo Switch on March 26 after releasing on PC and PlayStation 5 last year. The Midnight Walk comes from the team behind Lost in Random. 

Rotwood (Available Now)

Side-scrolling brawlers are everywhere right now. Rotwood aims to stand out with its vibrant, cartoon-inspired 2.5D art style. It launches exclusively on Switch 2 later today.

Mixtap (May 7)

After going quiet for a while, Mixtape resurfaces and finally confirms the release date. The long-awaited coming-of-age adventure launches May 7, 2026.

Blighted (Fall 2026)

Hailing from Toronto studio Drinkbox, Blighted is a psychedelic, Western-inspired top-down action adventure where you’ll battle monsters and strange creatures in a warped frontier world. This game rides onto Switch 2 this fall.

Deadzone Rogue (March 17)

Deadzone: Rogue, a new roguelike, showed a promising trailer full of tight action and a killer soundtrack. More details are expected soon ahead of its imminent release.

Blue Prince (Available Now)

Following a scissor reel of indies coming to Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch, one of the biggest indie darlings has been announced to be launching today. Blue Prince is a puzzle roguelike where players build out a mansion on a quest to find the hidden 46th room.
