Corus Launches Vivéo French Streaming On Prime Video For $4.99
Corus is expanding its digital footprint with the launch of Vivéo, a new French-language streaming service now available as an add-on subscription through Amazon’s Prime Video for $4.99 per month.
The service launches with a catalogue of approximately 2,000 hours of content, including more than 200 series and films. Vivéo operates on a hybrid model that includes advertisements to maintain its lower subscription price.
Subscribers can access original French-language programming from specialty networks Historia and Séries Plus. This includes popular titles such as Annie & Joey, Bête noire, and Anticosti. To keep the library current, new episodes of original productions will be added to the platform the day after they air on regular TV.
Beyond local originals, the service serves as a hub for Adult Swim content in French, featuring shows like Rick and Morty and Robot Chicken. The library also incorporates international drama and lifestyle series, including Rust Valley Restorers and American Pickers, alongside a children’s section featuring DC animated universe titles and classics like Scooby-Doo.
While currently exclusive to Prime Video, Corus said it plans to bring Vivéo to more platforms in the coming months.
