Apple has officially added the iPhone 16e to its certified refurbished online store in Canada, offering buyers a chance to pick up the entry-level device from 2025 at a discounted price.
The entry-level 128GB model is currently listed on the Apple. ca refurbished storefront for $629 CAD. This is a $270 savings compared to its original retail price of $899 CAD.
With iPhones and Apple Watches spared from Apple’s recent price hikes, you know phone prices will jack up this fall.
Originally released last February, the iPhone 16e features a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR display and is powered by the A18 chip, making it fully compatible with Apple Intelligence features. It also includes the customizable Action button, a 2-in-1 rear camera system with a 48MP Fusion lens, and a durable Ceramic Shield front.
Purchasing a refurbished device from Apple means you get a brand-new battery, a fresh outer shell, and a new white box with all original manuals and a USB-C charging cable. Apple also includes its standard one-year limited warranty and a 15-day return policy, with the option to add AppleCare+.
Stock on the refurbished store is typically limited, so get these while you can. Especially if you missed out on the recent Walmart.ca deal that saw a new iPhone 17e slashed to $699 last week.
