Jackery has officially landed in Canada, and it’s opening with two power stations at launch prices that undercut regular retail by hundreds of dollars.
The company announced today it’s entering the Canadian market with the HomePower 2000 Plus v2 and HomePower 1000 v2, the first two products from its HomePower Series to sell here. Both are available starting July 31, 2026, through Jackery’s Canadian site and Amazon.ca.
Pricing is where this gets interesting. The HomePower 1000 v2 normally retails for $1,199 CAD, but launches at $699 CAD for a limited time, a 42 per cent discount. The bigger HomePower 2000 Plus v2 lists at $2,599 CAD and drops to $1,299 CAD at launch.
The HomePower 1000 v2 is the smaller of the two, packing 1024Wh of capacity and 1500W of output with a 3000W peak surge. It’s aimed at people working from home who can’t afford to have a desktop or modem drop mid-task. Switchover is under 10ms, so a PC won’t blink when grid power cuts out, and there’s 3kV of built-in surge protection for storms. Jackery says the battery hits a full charge in 50 minutes and is rated for 6,000 cycles or roughly 16 years. There are three AC outlets, plus USB-C at 140W, 100W and 30W, and a single USB-A port. It weighs 23.37 lbs and can’t be expanded.
The HomePower 2000 Plus v2 starts at 2048Wh but stacks up to 12kWh with add-on battery packs, no wiring required. Output is 2400W rated and 4800W peak. Jackery says the base unit alone can run a typical fridge for 48 hours or an air conditioner for 2.5 hours. It also takes up to 800W of solar input for a full recharge in under three hours, and it’s 21 pounds lighter than the previous version at 40.57 lbs.
Both units use Jackery Priority Routing, which lets you tell the power station which devices matter. As the battery drains, it cuts off the non-essentials first and keeps things like your fridge, router or medical equipment running longer.
Canadian buyers also get local customer service and warranty support, with a standard three-year warranty plus two additional years of extended coverage.

The timing isn’t accidental, especially at a time when wildfires are burning out of control in Canada yet again. Jackery says access to portable power during emergencies is crucial to keep your devices powered on (such as powering your Starlink dish for internet).
In direct competition with Jackery units are those from Bluetti, such as its AC180 for $649 CAD, which offers slightly more capacity (1,152Wh vs. 1,024Wh) and a higher inverter output (1,800W vs. 1,500W).
Bluetti’s AC200L at $1,169 matches the HomePower 2000 Plus v2 spec-for-spec on base capacity (2,048Wh) and continuous power output (2,400W).
