UFC Returns to Toronto in January, Streaming Live on Paramount+ Canada

UFC is returning to Toronto early next year, and Canadian fans won’t need to pay extra to stream the main card.
UFC and Ontario’s Ministry of Sport announced that UFC 336 will take place at Scotiabank Arena on Saturday, January 30, 2027. Paramount has announced that the event will also mark the first time a numbered UFC main card streams on Paramount+ in Canada. This moves the promotion’s biggest fights away from the traditional pay-per-view model.
For Canadian subscribers, that means UFC 336’s main card will be included with their Paramount+ subscription at no additional cost.
“I’m excited to partner with the Ministry of Sport and bring UFC back to Toronto,” said UFC President and CEO Dana White in a statement. “I love Canada and Toronto has been home to some of the biggest moments in UFC history.”
The upcoming event marks UFC’s eighth event held in Toronto. Previous events in the city have featured major championship fights involving Georges St-Pierre, Jon Jones, José Aldo and other prominent fighters. Since its Canadian debut at UFC 83 in 2008, the promotion has hosted 38 events across 11 Canadian cities.
Ontario Minister of Sport Brian Saunderson also highlighted the economic benefits of bringing UFC back to the province, pointing to reduced promoter costs and the elimination of gate fees.
No fights have been announced for UFC 336. However, the full card is expected to be revealed closer to the January event.
Tickets go on sale through Ticketmaster Canada on Friday, November 20, at 10 AM ET/7 AM PT, with purchases limited to eight per customer. UFC Fight Club members receive early access on November 18, followed by a newsletter subscriber presale on November 19. Fans can register their interest and follow future fight announcements on the official website.
