What This Means for MacBook Pro Owners
The new documentation provides a detailed look at the repair procedures Apple has prepared for these MacBook Pro configurations. This includes instructions for replacing major components, as well as diagrams showing how the laptops are assembled. Apple also includes photos with tips and also video.
Having official repair instructions available is useful for technicians and MacBook Pro owners, although some procedures require specialized tools and experience working with sensitive electronics. So you might need to pick up some tools as you can’t just use the ones from your toolbox.
