Bell TV iOS App Update: Fibe, Satellite TV Users Stream Free Over Wi-Fi

Bell has updated and renamed its Bell Mobile TV app to just the Bell TV. The updated app allows Bell TV customers to watch their Fibe TV or Satellite TV subscriptions right on their iPhone or iPad. Users just need to login to the app using their MyBell credentials to watch live and on demand TV channels for free over Wi-Fi.

What’s New in Version v4.5.1

Watching TV just got better. If you are a Bell TV customer, you can now watch many channels included in your Fibe TV or Satellite TV subscription on your tablet or smartphone. Simply log in with your MyBell username and password to watch tons of live and On Demand TV channels for free on Wi-Fi.

Beyond the free access for existing subscribers, for the cost of $5 per month, users can watch 10 hours of content on the Bell network. Earlier this month Bell added BBC World News to its line up.

When I had Sat TV I was able to schedule PVR events from the Bell TV app.. This new app lacks this feature for use with Fibe TV

That’s the Bell Remote app that does scheduling. Not this one.
