Canada Post for iPhone and iPad Now Supports Apple Pay

Canada Post for iOS has been updated today to now support Apple Pay within the app to pay for duty and taxes on your incoming packages.

The June 29th update to Canada Post for iOS explains, “use Apple Pay to quickly and easily pay the duty and taxes owed for your items.”

The addition of Apple Pay support means you no longer need to go get your physical credit card or pull up a password manager to pay for duties and taxes. It can be done seamlessly within the Canada Post app based on your existing Apple Pay setup. For those dealing with duties and taxes frequently on incoming shipments, such as small businesses, this update will make it very convenient to make payments.

Canada Post also recently added support to add your Solutions for Small Business Card to the Wallet app on iPhone, allowing for quick access to the card from your smartphone’s lock screen.
