Kabir Daswani, founder, Grabb Mobile, said he created the app as a solution to his own experience of waiting in lines day after day:

“Convenience is the one driving force that’s always been behind my idea for Grabb. When I was at Queen’s University, I used to spend 20 – 30 minutes a day waiting in line for simple drip coffee. I saw an opportunity to offer customers a more convenient and efficient way to order, and set out to develop an app to do just that,”

Grabb says its users have saved a total of 340 hours or 14 days of waiting in line by using the app. Future plans are to expand across the GTA and Canada.
