Waze Adds Shaquille O’Neal as Free Voice to Guide Navigation

To help fans get excited for the upcoming NBA Playoffs, Waze has added a new voice for navigation: former NBA All-Star Shaquille O’Neal and current analyst on TNT.

The free voice update can be downloaded today within Waze for iOS “for a limited time”. Here’s how to download it:

1. Launch Waze, then go to Menu > Settings > Sound > Voice Language > Shaquille O’Neal

The voice navigation pack will download and once installed, you’ll be able to hear Shaq say some funny lines, such as “Don’t cause a Shaqcident” or “Police reported ahead. Don’t be Shaqtin a fool!” Shaq told use to “fasten our Shaq-belts” when we started navigation. The voice sounds pretty natural and will definitely add some fun to your commute.
