Fido, Koodo and Virgin Plus are all offering up a $45/12GB promo plan in Quebec right now.
The $45 plan normally comes with 6GB of data, but a data bonus adds 6GB on top, taking it to 12GB total.

The $45/12GB plan is on the main page of the Virgin Plus website:
Also available is a $55/20GB plan as well from all three companies.
The $45/12GB plan comes with unlimited Canada-wide minutes and international messaging.
Data overages are at $130/1GB with Koodo and $137/1GB with Virgin Plus.
These new plans appear to be a response to beat Videotron’s flanker brand, Fizz, which is offering a $45/11GB plan in Quebec.
Outside of Quebec, Fido, Koodo and Virgin Plus are charging $50 for the 12GB plan, which has been a promo offering for the past little while. We may see some price drops during Boxing Day sales for this plan, similar to Black Friday when it dropped to $35/12GB at some dealers.
