TELUS has updated their My Account iPhone app with some minor changes today. The description notes there has been “updated functionality” linked to changing rate plans, while a new “easy way” was added to reload the page when services are down.
Also, a couple error messages no longer show in the app, specifically one that would appear after logging in, and another in the offer section.
TELUS seems to be doing something right with their iPhone app, which allows customers to track their balances, make payments, monitor usage and more. The app has an overall rating of 4 stars out of 5 in the App Store, while similar apps from Rogers and Bell only average 2 stars out of 5.
