The teardown experts spotted an accelerometer on the new Air's motherboard, but what it's doing there is anyone's guess. 

U.S. customers who bought MacBook, MacBook Air, and most MacBook Pro models launched between 2015 and 2019 will receive up to $395 USD from the settlement.

According to Mark Gurman, we could see new MacBook Pro models with M2 Pro and M2 Max chips as early as this fall, or sometime in spring 2023.

Deliveries of the new M2 MacBook Air will begin a week later on Friday, July 15, when it launches for customers worldwide.

There's only one Mac Studio configuration available as Certified Refurbished right now, but Apple will likely add more in the future.
