they would be excluded because the reason these giveaways happen are to draw more attention via twitter and other social networking means, thus generating more hits and/or revenue for an advertising company…..why should you who isn’t helping the organisers in any fashion have an equal chance of winning? if you want an equal chance – create a facebook and twitter account (I’m assuming no one is stopping you from creating fake accounts) – if not, then don’t whine about not being given the same chance as people who actually follow the rules and/or help revenue generation for the organizers 😉
