RBC Promo: Get a Free iPad when Opening an All-Inclusive Bank Account

RBC is back with its free iPad promo when new customers open an All-Inclusive bank account. Up for grabs is a 2018 9.7-inch iPad worth $429, available in either Space Grey, Gold or Silver.

In order to get your free iPad, you need to open one of the following accounts:

• RBC Signature No Limit Banking ($15.95 monthly fee)
• RBC VIP Banking ($30 monthly fee)

Once one of these accounts are opened, you’ll need to complete two of the three following actions by November 29, 2019 at 9PM EST:

• 1 automated and recurring payroll or pension direct deposit or,
• Set up and complete 2 pre-authorized payments, or
• Set up and clear 2 bill payments to a service provider (i.e. utility bill, cable, etc.)

You’ll also need to enroll into online banking once your account is setup. The conditions above also need to be in place every month until from November 29, 2019, to September 30, 2020. If not, RBC will charge you for the iPad.



This offer is available for Canadian residents who “have never had a Personal Banking Account (chequing account) with RBC nor qualified for any of our offers related to opening a Personal Banking Account at any time during the Promotional Period or in the five year period before the start of the Promotional Period.”

Once this is complete, RBC will email you instructions on how to qualify and redeem your 32GB 9.7” iPad Wi-Fi model. There are some definite hoops to jump through, but if you were about to switch banks anyways…this might net you a ‘free’ iPad.
