Sony’s XM3 Wireless Headphones Hit $199 Clearance Pricing at Costco
If you’ve been eyeing a pair of Sony’s popular WH-1000XM3 wireless headphones, check out your local Costco warehouse, as they have hit clearance pricing of $199.97.
That’s according to a picture shared by RFD user ‘tonershop’, noting the discount was seen at the Costco location in Barrie, Ontario, at 41 Mapleview Drive.
Normally, these noise-cancelling headphones cost $449 from Sony, but can usually be found on sale for $348 on Amazon.ca.
The Sony WH-1000XM3 headphones are bass-heavy and offer Alexa support, touch controls and up to 30 hours of battery life. The Sony companion app is stuck in the year 2008, however.
Apple’s AirPods Max wireless headphones sound more balanced and connect seamlessly to all your iCloud devices, but also cost a whopping $779 (or $599 on sale recently).
Your best bet is to call your local Costco and ask the ‘administrative department’ if item #7142006 is in stock and on clearance, to save yourself a drive. Buying from Costco means a rock-solid return policy if you change your mind or if something goes wrong with the headphones.
