Amazon has launched a new Kindle Oasis in Canada, which now comes with an adjustable warm light, with pre-orders available today at $329.99 for the 8GB version.
The new Kindle Oasis can now “adjust the shade of the screen from white light to a warm amber with the ability to schedule when the light changes for a personalized reading experience,” explains Amazon.
By enabling a new warmer light, reading at night time and in darker environments is easier on the eyes, especially before bed.
The Kindle Oasis has a 7-inch 300 ppi display, is waterproof with an IPX8 rating (up to two metres submerged for 60 minutes in fresh water), and weeks of battery life. It’s available in Graphite or Champagne Gold and 8GB and 32GB storage options.
