Alexa, send my shopping list
Customers in Canada can now seamlessly share their shopping needs with their contacts via the Alexa app or compatible Echo devices, by simply saying, “Alexa, send my shopping list to (person).”
Alexa will identify the contact and confirm that it’s the correct match for sharing. Alexa will then send a message directly to the receiver’s Alexa account with a copy of the Shopping List. This feature could be particularly useful for those who may be taking care of loved ones who are unable to make it to the grocery store themselves.
To use this feature, customers must have an Alexa-enabled device set up for Communication and the Alexa app installed on their mobile device.
Kids+ simplified subscription
Kids+ has launched a new simplified subscription version with new pricing for subscribers in Canada. Changes to the subscription include eliminating customer-facing plans of “Single Child” and “Family” in support of one “Monthly” plan.
This new plan provides subscribers with the existing benefits of Family plans – with no charge per child accessing the plan.
