Apple’s Jony Ive Created This Red Mac Pro for Charity Auction [PICS]

Apple design guru Jony Ive and Marc Newson have designed a rare Mac Pro to be auctioned off for charity as part of Product (RED). The auction states the listed price as an estimated $40,000 to $60,000 for the Mac Pro; a base model configuration starts at $2,999.

This Mac Pro looks gorgeous. It will be auctioned off on November 23 at 7PM EST in New York City.

Other Product (RED) items created for the auction at Sotheby’s by Jony Ive include a Leica M camera, a product desk, and solid rose gold EarPod headphones.
