Apple’s System Status page has confirmed some customers are experiencing current issues with Apple Music and the App Store not working.
According to Apple, since 8:41 AM PDT, an “ongoing” issue has been happening that affects “all users”. The company says “users may be experiencing intermittent issues with this service”, for both Apple Music and the App Store.
In our tests, Apple Music is working fine on our Mac in Canada, while app updates and downloads are also working fine in the App Store on iPhone.
