Apple Park October 2017 Drone Tour Shows More Finishing Touches [VIDEO]

Drone pilot Matthew Roberts is back at it again with another Apple Park update video by drone, this time sharing a shorter two-minute video detailing updates on the new headquarters.

According to Roberts, Apple Park has continued to gain trees and more trees, as landscaping continues throughout the 175-acre campus. The visitor centre is nearly complete, showing off its rooftop patio seating area, while paths are being paved around the site.

The video also shows new basketball and tennis courts being built, soon to be ready for the building’s 12,000 employees.

According to one recent estimate by BuildZoom, the main ‘spaceship’ building is said to cost over $427 million USD alone. As for that visitor centre? Estimates peg the cost at over $109 million USD (I’m sure Apple Park t-shirt sales will help offset that price, right?).
