Apple has released iOS 14.7.1 and iPadOS 14.7.1 for iPhone and iPad users. The new update comes one week after iOS 14.7 was released for iPhone (iPadOS 14.7 was released two days after).
You can update your device by going to Settings > General > Software Update.
We’re not seeing this update available in Canada on our iPhone just yet, but it should be out shortly. Stay tuned.
Update July 26, 10:14am PDT: The update is now available and showing on our iPhone 12 Pro Max at 124MB in size. The update says it fixes an issue where iPhone models with Touch ID cannot unlock a paired Apple Watch using the Unlock with iPhone feature. The update also includes “important security updates” and is recommended for all users.
