Pokémon GO Developer Niantic Renamed to Scopely Explore
Pokémon GO development continues as normal under Scopely Explore, formerly Niantic as it heads into its 10th year.
Apple has released iOS 9 beta 4 for download, available over-the-air and within the Developer Member Center page. The fourth beta, build 13A4305g, comes just under two weeks after beta 3 was released.

Also released today is watchOS 2 beta 4, OS X El Capitan 10.11 beta 4, along with Xcode 7 beta 4 for developers. No word on what’s new, but stay tuned as always…

Is there no update for the Public beta? nothing OTA for me.
They usually have been arriving later in the afternoon, so I’d maybe wait a bit longer.
Maybe they’ll release it a day later again. Here’s hoping.
For those who don’t want to wait i figured out a way around it by removing the public beta, you can uninstall the iOS 9 profile from settings, restart your iPhone and check for updates, you will see iOS 9 beta 4 OTA 🙂
Thanks. It worked. Did you add back the public beta profile?
No i didn’t, just figured ill stay on developer Beta since they get updates first.
