Earlier this morning, Apple launched iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max pre-orders online in Canada. Fast forward over 12 hours later, and the first orders have already moved into the next ‘Preparing to Ship’ phase.
Apple will most likely have orders reach their final destination closest to you, then be on hold, only to be released on the September 20 launch date.
Last year’s first iPhone XS pre-orders went from ‘Preparing to Ship’ on October 3, then ‘Shipped’ six days later on October 9, the eve of the release date on October 10.
If you were one of the first iPhone 11 or iPhone 11 Pro pre-orders, don’t panic if your status update is stuck in ‘Preparing to Ship’ all next week until September 19, as a lot can happen from Thursday evening leading into the Friday, September 20 launch day (I hope your UPS or FedEx delivery driver likes you).
Has your iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro or iPhone 11 Pro Max pre-order from Apple.ca moved into the ‘Preparing to Ship’ phase?
