Sonos Now Lets You Add Two Subs to Your Home Theatre Setup

Sonos has announced customers can now add a second Sonos Sub to their home theatre setup, when paired with an Arc, Beam, Playbar, Playbase, or Amp.

The company told iPhone in Canada in an emailed statement, “The ability to add two Subs has been a frequently requested feature by our customers and professional installation partners. This update is a great option for the bass-obsessed to add even deeper, richer bass to their movie nights, TV binges, and dance parties.”

In order to add a second Sonos Sub to your home theatre setup, it’ll be available as an option in the S2 app. Sonos says at least one of the Subs in your setup will need to be its latest Sub (Gen 3), “due to its added processing power.”

Sonos says the S2 software update launches today, Tuesday, December 8, and will be required to add a second Sub to your setup.

One Sonos Sub is a lot of bass, but to add two? I am praying for your neighbours.
