In just five days, the Tesla Cybertruck has surpassed 250,000 pre-orders according to the latest tweet from CEO Elon Musk. The company’s first electric pickup truck can be pre-ordered with just a $150 CAD refundable deposit, with production pegged for late 2021.

With Tesla hitting a huge pre-orders milestone with its futuristic truck, the folks over at InsideEVs have shared a short video clip showing a Tesla Cybertruck prototype passing by on a street along with a Tesla Model X.

Seeing the Tesla Cybertruck “in the wild” proves that Tesla is already well advanced in the development process and the vehicle is not just a simple concept.
