Over the weekend, the Bell Mobility Self Serve app for iPhone was updated to enable customers to view and manage their Fab contacts.
For those that are unaware, the Bell Mobility Self Serve app is an iPhone app that allows Bell customers to view and manage their account. The app is similar to the Rogers/Fido mobile apps.
Using the Bell Self Serve app, Bell customers can perform the following actions:
View account balance and make payments
View rate plan information and features
Check voice, data and messaging usage
Find out about the latest products and services
The app can only be accessible over the Bell network and will not work over WiFi. However, data used during the app is free of charge when used on the Bell network.
