Bell No Activation Fee Until March 16 2011

In a new promotion this week, Bell has launched an activation fee waiver promotion and is waiving the $35 activation fee that customers are usually charged when starting up a new account.

Eligibility & Restrictions

The offer is applicable to new 3-year term activations on the following rate plans:

  • Talk and More Plans
  • Smartphone plans
  • Share Plans
  • EPP plans

A $35 bill credit for 100% of the activation fee will appear on the customer’s second invoice.

This promotion expires on March 16, 2011.

  • So in other words any day now it will be no activation fee on Rogers and Telus as well.

  • Most likely.

Customers paying to become a customer. Makes perfect business sense!

  • I know, I’ve never understood it.
